Recently, the Ethiopian Government drafted a five year plan (2010 to 2015) to achieve the country’s economic growth. Over the past forty years, we have been hearing and reading a lot about the Tigrai People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) which dismantled the inhuman and atrocious Military dictatorship that ruled Ethiopia from 1974 to 1991. It was not only highly skilled in military operations but was visionary.
