Introduction: Despite unprecedented telehealth adoption during the COVID-19 pandemic, its post-pandemic preservation remains uncertain. Understanding key stakeholders’ perspectives on telehealth during the pandemic can inform evidence-based policies and promote effective, sustainable virtual-based care.

Methods: Patients and providers who completed telehealth visits during the early pandemic in primary care, subspecialty, and surgical outpatient clinics at a large community-based academic medical center in New England were surveyed via telephone interviews or electronic surveys. Thematic analyses of qualitative comments further characterized experiences.

Background: During the emergence and rise of COVID-19, precaution directives and limitations on in-person eye examinations re-routed a significant portion of care to telemedicine and virtual modalities. While these technologies allowed for healthcare communications that otherwise could not occur during such trying times, there are major limitations to these sanctioned applications. Introduction: Teleconsultation is used in tertiary care hospitals to evaluate neonatal encephalopathy. Neonates born in community hospitals, however, often experience delayed evaluation due to transport to the tertiary care center. We studied teleconsultations in community hospitals to decrease this disparity.

Methods: Prospective observational study in 9 community hospitals and 1 neonatal intensive care unit. Objective: The purpose of this pilot study is to examine patients' experience and satisfaction using telemedicine for knee and hip osteoarthritis care during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Methods: Adult patients seen via telemedicine for knee and/or hip osteoarthritis pain completed surveys through the REDCap online platform or pen/paper evaluating their experiences and satisfaction with telemedicine, assessed using yes/no and Likert scale questions. Demographic information was collected from the electronic medical record (EMR).
