Covid-19 (Coronavirus Disease-2019) adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome-Coronavirus-2). Usia tua (>65 tahun), jenis kelamin laki-laki, hipertensi, penyakit kardiovaskular, diabetes, PPOK dan kanker dapat meningkatkan risiko kematian akibat Covid-19. Kota Tangerang Selatan berpotensi mengalami kenaikan kasus Covid-19 karena berbatasan langsung dengan DKI Jakarta yang merupakan episentrum persebaran Covid-19, sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Objectives: To determine the correlation between mortality from COVID-19 and the percentage of poverty and the district Human Development Index (HDI) in the department of Lima. Methods: Ecological observational correlation study. The population were patients who died from COVID-19 in metropolitan Lima. All deceased patients reported in the open database of the Ministry of Health were included. The dependent variable was the mortality from COVID-19 calculated by dividing the number of deaths by the total population of the districts and the independent variables were the percentage of poverty and HDI. Pandemic Covid-19 is a real challenge for the medical profession. SARS-CoV-2 virus attacks several human organs, including the digestive tract. Digestive disorders have been described as revealing symptoms or accompanying signs of infection. The treatment of these symptoms must be early and codified. At Cheikh Khalifa International University Hospital in Casablanca, a codified treatment protocol has been proposed to facilitate the management of these disorders.

Berdasarkan Riskesdas tahun 2018 proporsi anggota rumah tangga yang berperilaku benar cuci tangan dengan benar di Indonesia yaitu 49,8%, prevalensi merokok penduduk umur > 10 tahun di Indonesia sebanyak 29,3%. Jumlah kasus positif Covid-19 di Indonesia sampai tanggal 10 Januari 2021 yaitu 828.026 kasus dengan angka kematian 24.129 dan angka kesembuhan 681.024 orang. Untuk mencegah penularan Covid-19 dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). A correlational type investigation was carried out evaluating 145 patients with covid-19 sepsis. Objectives: To determine whether hypoalbuminemia is a predictor of mortality and to identify the serum albumin value most frequently related to lethality. Method: Patients older than or equal to 18 years seen at Hospital II Chocope during May to August 2020 were included. Patients with oncological pathologies and incomplete medical records were excluded. The documentary analysis technique was used, by reviewing medical records. Results: There was a statistically significant association between hypoalbuminemia and mortality (p = 0.00), patients with hypoalbuminemia had 3 times the risk of dying. …

Introduction: In Africa, COVID-19 associated stigmatization still remains the contextual factor that poses a challenge for the mitigation and suppression of COVID-19 spread, especially among the illiterate populations. This comparative study was therefore conducted to assess the knowledge and willingness of Ghanaians and Nigerians to associate with COVID-19 survivors.

Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted to collect information from 290 Ghanaian and 220 Nigerian nationals aged 18 years and above between 11th July-30th October 2020.
