Logbook for the Schr. Lizzie Lee, a cod fishing vessel out of Lamoine (Me.) whose master was Captain E. L. Dorr. The image file contains the typescript of the logbook preceding the original journal. The log records a Fishing voyage to the Grand Banks with references to Fishing, vessel handling and weather conditions.

Account book records the stock of lobsters and salt fish, including mackerel, herring, cod, pollock and haddock, sold by pound and price at Boon Island (Me.). Buyers mentioned includes S. Eldredge Company, S. Frisbee Company, Herbert Philbrick, and H.A. Clark, 1892-1904. Book also includes Account of expenses, including groceries, supplies and bait, for journeys made along the coast by the sloop boat Olympia out of Kittery Point (Me.), 1905-1906. Inscription on first page reads “Charles S. Williams, Boon Island Light Station, Maine, Dec. 21, 1900.” [Note: Oversized document necessitated scanning some pages in two parts.]
