I am examining the correlation between access to healthy, organic food and poverty. I’m looking into how food insecurity has become an increasing problem nationally and what America needs to do to rid communities of food deserts. Urban agriculture and urban gardening are some of the most important and crucial yet simple solutions to the food instabilities of the poverty stricken in America.
