Economic crime is something that intersects with the work of many practitioners, whether corporate counsel, business lawyers, civil litigators, estate planners, or family lawyers. As many know, the United States Sentencing Guidelines (“Guidelines”) have treated economic crimes with stiff guideline sentences.
