The modern sustainable brewery is defined by a consideration to improve all aspects of production, resource efficiency, and distribution to the customer. Through the development of auditing procedures to benchmark the efficiency of a brewery, industry-leading companies have provided inspiration for sustainability to an entirely new generation of craft brewers.
