While cancer impacts all segments of the United States population, specific groups experience a disproportionate burden of the disease due to social, environmental, and economic disadvantages. This research examines the correlation between socioeconomic factors and the accessibility of cancer clinical trials across U.S. counties, employing a comprehensive dataset, County-Level Socioeconomic and Cancer Clinical Trial Data from Noah Ripper, and advanced machine-learning techniques. Our findings, derived from regression analysis and machine learning models like gradient boosting, highlight significant disparities in trial availability linked to socioeconomic indicators, including poverty rates, population estimates, median income, incidence rates, and mortality rates. Abstract: Broad learning system(BLS) is introduced to tackle the existed disadvantage that LSTM-based runoff prediction model is easy to fall into local optimization. To reduce the influence of noise on the prediction results, the variational mode decomposition (VMD) is adopted to transform the onedimensional time-domain runoff signal to the two-dimensional time-frequency plane. The runoff prediction model based on VMD-LSTM-BLS is proposed. The simulation results demonstrate that the prediction accuracy of the new model is more significantly improved compared with the baseline model and the existing LSTM-based runoff prediction model.

Abstract: Targeting the problem that nonplanar fully-actuated unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are susceptible to external winds and unmodeled dynamics, the predictive control system with good robustness is designed. A nonlinear motion model with six degrees of freedom is established through the Newton-Euler approach. Abstract: To address the problem that the traditional short-time passenger flow prediction method does not consider the temporal characteristics similarity between the inter-temporal passenger flows, a shorttime passenger flow prediction model k-CNN-LSTM is proposed by combining the improved k-means clustering algorithm with the CNN and the LSTM. The k-means is used to cluster the intertemporal timeseries data, the k-value is determined by using the gap-statistic, and a traffic flow matrix model is constructed. Abstract: Hardware-in-the-loop simulation system is a complex distributed simulation system, and its design and integration directly affect the system performance and construction goals. Based on years of experience, this paper first summarizes the design of the overall scheme and analyzes the performance requirements of real-time, compatibility, scalability, and security. Then, the paper describes the overall scheme of a typical hardware-in-the-loop simulation system, including the functional hierarchy, operation mechanism, and structural composition. Finally, it summarizes the contents and steps of the system integration testing, acceptance testing, and credibility evaluation method.

Abstract: A mathematical model of emergency material scheduling after earthquakes is built. The model evaluates the emergency degree of each disaster area based on the disaster situation and designs a method to split the demand of the disaster area, improving the efficiency of vehicle utilization. To solve the model, this paper proposes a discrete shuffled frog leaping algorithm with multi-resource learning. The multiple information sources introduced by the proposed algorithm can expand the search direction and reduce the assimilation speed of the population in the algorithm. Abstract: A multi-view depth estimation algorithm based on adaptive space feature enhancement (ASFE) is presented to improve the multi-view depth estimation accuracy. A multi-scale feature extraction module composed of an improved feature pyramid network (FPN) and ASFE is designed. This module obtains multi-scale feature maps with global context-aware information and coordinate information. The residual learning network is used to optimize the depth map to prevent the problem of blurred reconstructed edges in multiple convolution operations.
