This thesis work details the designing process of two silicon two-stage operational amplifiers with indirect feedback compensation and with Miller compensation technique. The main objective of this thesis is to study the advantages of indirect feedback compensation in comparison with Miller compensation and how this technique can be applied to meet certain design specifications. The operational amplifiers are designed with 130 nm Silicon Germanium CMOS process ideally for temperature range of 25°C to 300°C.
