Metalworking equipment is designed to modify a sheet, rod, or block of metal material in order to shape it for a specific application. This equipment can operate on the metal by bending it, drilling through it, or by cutting it. For small-scale operations, many tools require a significant amount of manual input. Unless the operator has extensive training and experience, the manual input may not be precise enough for fine details that may be needed in some applications.
