Amity University is one of India’s leading research- and innovation-driven private universities. This study aimed to analyze the financial performance of the City Government of Bogor for the period of 2010 - 2014. The financial performance analysis is performed using ratio analysis such as the degree of decentralization, the ratio of financial independence, ratio of revenue effectiveness, the ratio of direct expenditure compared to total expenditure, the ratio of indirect expenditure compared to total expenditures, and growth ratios. This research aims to determine the implications of the tax change component in the income tax to the persistence and forecasting of future earnings, and also comparing the effect of tax changes component in initial earning with the tax change component in revised earnings, in order to know which are more persistent. Using all companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the year 2010-2013 as the samples, this research showed that the tax change component in income tax empirically proven to have a persistent effect on future earnings. The purpose of this study is to examine information system success of Accounting Information System based on individual performance and its impact to user satisfaction. The model used in this study is the modified IS Success Model of DeLone and McLean. The study uses primary data and data collection techniques using questionaires distributed to employee of Finance Directorate of University of Indonesia. This study used SEM approach, while analysis used LISREL software. This research has objective to examine if factors Commitment to Organization, Human Resourses, Communication and Infrastructure influence the success of implemention of accrual basis in preparing local Government financial statement. This is a quantitative approach research which is used questionnaires to respondent research by using linier regression equation for analysis. The result is, only factors commitment and communication influenced the success of implementation process of accrual basis and factors human resources and infrastructure did not influenced the success of implementation.

The GenCyber program is jointly sponsored by the National Security Agency (NSA) and the National Science Foundation (NSF) to help faculty and cybersecurity experts provide summer cybersecurity camp experiences for K-12 students and teachers. The main objective of the program is to attract, educate, and motivate a new generation of young men and women to help address the nationwide shortage of trained cybersecurity professionals. The curriculum is flexible and centers on ten cybersecurity first principles. Corporations are facing a more complex and challenging global business environment, and many have implemented a virtual workforce to maintain their competitive advantage through maximizing productivity, reducing product time to market, and cost reduction. The purpose of this qualitative phenomenological study was to gain a deeper understanding of the phenomenon of virtual leadership, as seen through the eyes of study participants (Merriam, 2009). Participants included fifteen Fortune 500 virtual team leaders who had prior experience leading traditional co-located teams. Student loan debtors who spend their loans on non-educational expenses increase the likelihood of financial hardship once they begin repayment. Contributing to the financial struggles of student loan debtors is an overly-complicated student loan system which can entangle borrowers with unclear financial statements and a glut of federal loan repayment programs.

We aim in this study to explore the interaction between three constructs: leadership style, organisational culture, and organisational learning capacity. In addition to that, we investigated the validity of this trio relationship in both public and private Egyptian universities situated in Greater Cairo area. A quota sampling procedure was used to recruit 298 academicians - 186 from public universities and 112 from private universities. Significant correlations were obtained between transformational and transactional leadership style and organisational learning capacity dimensions. However, the moderating effect of organisational culture in the relationship between leadership styles and organisational learning capacity was not reported. Lastly, …

Examines the effects of a graduate student peer-mentoring program from the perspectives of both members of the mentoring dyad, the mentors and proteges. Results indicate that peer mentoring provides students with both increased levels of psychosocial and instrumental support, and that those with high levels of support are more satisfied with their peer mentoring relationships.

This paper began as a needs assessment investigating low Learning Management System (LMS) usage at a worldwide technology corporation. Subsequently, the company in question underwent a number of personnel changes and decide to forgo the needs assessment. As such, this paper became a review of research literature related to LMS usage barriers, with the intentions of identifying potential causes of low LMS usage in corporate environments. The review of the existing literature identified five major potential barriers to LMS usage.
