During a time when the U.S. trails in college degree attainment, it is imperative for school districts, higher education institutions, educational agencies and families to be aware of programs that work. This panel will discuss TRiO programs, who they are and how they help students from sixth grade through graduate school to earn the degree(s) they seek.
