The Library, Federal University of Technology Owerri like every living organism has undergone series of metamorphic growth and development since its establishment in 1981. It has experienced traumatic and exciting movements. There have been three successive management changes; structural expansions and changes, monumental growth and expansion in resources, operations and services; dynamism in the type and number of users as well as increase in the capacity and number of staff.
