Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) akurasi metode linear dan ekipersentil pada pendekatan Klasik dan mean & mean dan mean & sigma pada pendekatan teori respons butir; (2) karakteristik tes prestasi belajar matematika model campuran kelas III, IV, V, dan VI Sekolah Dasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini; dan (3) perkembangan kemampuan siswa (θ) kelas III, IV, V, dan VI pada pelajaran matematika berdasarkan tes yang digunakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi program pembelajaran IPA SMP di Kabupaten Bone Bolango berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 65 Tahun 2013 tentang Standar Proses Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan model Countenace Stake. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) yang sering disebut pula dengan standard setting atau cut of score, berbasis peserta peserta didik untuk mata pelajaran matematika SMP di Provinsi DI Yogyakarta antarwaktu. Penelitian ini merupakan studi longitudinal selama 3 tahun yaitu tahun 2010, 2011, dan 2012. Metode pengumpulan data yakni dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data statistik ujian akhir yang akan ditentukan KKM-nya dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk menentukan kelompok master dan kelompok nonmaster. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model evaluasi proses pembelajaran matematika di SMP berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013, dan menilai keefektifan model yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Subjek coba adalah guru, kepala sekolah, dan pengawas. Instrumen pengumpul data adalah kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Proses pengem-bangan dilakukan dalam 4 tahap yaitu: (1) investigasi awal; (2) perencanaan pengembangan, valida-si; (3) uji coba, dan (4) finalisasi produk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan perangkat penilaian guna mengevaluasi capaian employability skills yang diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran aplikasi basis data. Model penilaian yang dikembangkan merupakan kombinasi dari penilaian diri sendiri dan penilaian otentik, diusulkan dengan sebutan model authentic self-assessment. Langkah-langkah pengembangan model authentic self-assessment meliputi penentuan standar, penentuan tugas otentik, pembuatan kriteria, dan pembuatan rubrik. Hasil pengembangan perangkat penilaian terdiri atas: (1) model penilaian kemampuan pemecahan masalah; (2) model penilaian kemampuan mengelola diri sendiri; dan (3) model penilaian capaian pembelajaran aplikasi basis data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi: (1) kemajuan penulisan tesis; (2) kompetensi penulisan tesis; (3) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penulisan tesis; (4) faktor-faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi penulisan tesis; (5) tingkat kekreatifan capaian hasil tesis mahasiswa S2 Program Studi Pendidikan Teknologi dan Kejuruan (PTK). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi formatif bersifat internal dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei hingga Oktober 2014. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: (1) mengembangkan instrumen ordered multiple-choice untuk diagnosis kesulitan belajar Stoikiometri kelas X, (2) menetapkan karakteristik dari instrumen, dan (3) membuat profil diagnostik peserta didik sebagai laporan yang informatif. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model Borg & Gall. Preliminary study menghasilkan pokok bahasan tersulit Stoikiometri. Penetapan atribut dan hierarki atribut dengan focus group discussion dilanjutkan dua putaran teknik Delphi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi secara komprehensif tentang implementasi pendekatan keterampilan proses (PKP) dalam pembelajaran biologi di SMAN Kota Semarang, dan mengungkap berbagai faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi kesenjangan. Data dikumpulkan dengan pendekatan mixed-method, diawali dengan penggunaan metode kuantitatif dilanjutkan dengan metode kualitatif. Data kuantitatif tingkat penggunaan keterampilan proses oleh peserta didik dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi kesalahan pengukuran pada metode Angoff, Ebel, dan Bookmark dalam penilaian kompetensi Akuntnasi jenjang SMK di DIY yang digunakan standard setter dalam menentukan cut score. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah respon peserta Ujian Nasional Praktik Akuntansi Paket 2 tahun ajaran 2011/2012 dengan 338 siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model pendidikan karakter bagi anak sejak dini melalui program terpadu "Sekolah Ibu" PAUD nonformal di pedesaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Pajangan Kabupaten Bantul terhadap 11 KB dan 11 SPS dengan responden orang tua sebanyak 60 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KB dan SPS yang diteliti dapat dikembangkan menjadi "Sekolah Ibu" dengan sasaran para orang tua yang putra-putrinya sedang mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model penilaian keterampilan intrapribadi dan antarpribadi dalam pendidikan karakter di SD yang valid, reliabel, dan cocok secara statistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan model research and development dari Plomp dengan lima fase, yaitu: investigasi, desain, realisasi, tes, dan implementasi. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas V SD di DI Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, wawancara, FGD, dan observasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengembangkan model evaluasi kompetensi guru bahasa Inggris SMA yang dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kelebihan dan kekurangan guru dalam proses pemelajaran dan (2) mengetahui efektivitas implementasi evaluasi internal kompetensi guru bahasa Inggris SMA. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan instrumen penilaian kinerja kemampuan inkuiri mata pelajaran fisika peserta didik SMA. Instrumen terdiri atas empat paket perangkat tes yang masing-masing terdiri atas 30 butir tes termasuk 9 butir bersama yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli pendidikan fisika, ahli fisika, ahli pengukuran, dan praktisi. Instrumen diujicobakan pada 2015 peserta didik. Model respon butir politomus empat kategori digunakan untuk menganalisis data hasil uji coba menurut Partial Credit Model (PCM). This study is a part of a large study that investigated the Assessment Practices of Mathematics Teachers who also teach AP Statistics. In this paper I investigate the thinking skills that assessment items used mathematics and AP Statistics classroom assess. Two teachers who were teaching mathematics and AP Statistics participated in this study. Each teacher was observed 12 times in class. Artifacts were also collected from each teacher, mainly oral questions and written questions. A mathematics taxonomy framework was used to analyze the characteristics of the assessment items. This study aims to determine the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in public and private vocational high schools in the city of Yogyakarta, as well as to compare the level of implementation between public and private vocational high schools. The TQM aspects observed include infrastructures and facilities, quality of improvement, quality of teachers, quality of examination system and academic background of teachers graduated from vocational high schools. This study was conducted to produce a model and instruments of historical thinking skills in the history subject at the senior high school (SHS) and to identify SHS students' historical thinking skills. The study was conducted in two stages, namely model development and instrument development altogether with a small-scale tryout and a large-scale tryout. This research seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of the English teaching program in senior high school: Case of SMAN3 Yogyakarta, grade eleven. This study was a summative case study using a mixed-method. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze quantitative data and qualitative data followed a descriptive analysis following the CIPP model. The informants were 43 students of SMAN3 and two English teachers. The context findings showed that program objectives, classroom condition, students' needs and barriers were in effective category.
