Many college students are introduced to a wide variety of challenges – ones they are going to have to deal with on their own. Most college students are moving away from their parent’s household and realizing the responsibilities of an independent lifestyle. Along with an independent lifestyle, college students are particularly prone to stress, and the majority experience stress because of unpredictable academic commitments, financial burdens, poor eating habits, and lack of time management skills.
