The purpose of this project was to create a document that can be used as both a training guide and reference handbook containing of the some basic philosophical and practical information needed for library secretaries in the Iowa City Community School District to perform their jobs as effectively and efficiently as possible. This training guide and reference handbook is presented in two parts. Part 1: Principles of Librarianship, and Part 2: Destiny Basics.
