The purpose of the study was to develop and test a hypothetical model that examined factors that influence teacher performance and commitment of Iowa State University (ISU) teacher education graduates. Position selection, job provisions, working environment satisfaction, teaching performance, teaching efficacy, and commitment provided the framework for the development of the model. The measurement point was five years following graduation;The model was tested using survey data collected from the five-year follow-up study of ISU teacher education graduates. An Investigation Of The Des Moines School-Business Partnerships Using The Concerns-Based Adoption Model , Jerry Allen Redman

The purpose of this study was to examine the status of the Des Moines (Iowa) Independent Community School District school-business partnerships. The nature of partnership creation, maintenance, and evaluation was explored in 65 adopt-a-school partnerships using the Concerns-Based Adoption Model (CBAM). Data were collected and summarized using two instruments: the School-Business Partnership Questionnaire (SBPQ) and the Innovation Configuration checklist (ICC). The SBPQ was designed and developed by the researcher in conjunction with a panel of practicing partnership directors.
