This study aims at identifying the perceptions of teachers in public schools in
Al Ain Educational Office about the frequency of principals’ practices of instructional leadership.
It also aims to discover the effect of gender on practicing instructional leadership. This quantitative study used Hallinger Principal Instructional Management Rating Scale (PIMRS). This scale consists of (71) subscales involving (11) dimensions in instructional leadership in its final Arabic form.

Teacher job satisfaction has been the subject of research, but little attention has been paid to the effect of principal-teacher communication on teacher job satisfaction in the United Arab Emirates. This research paper investigated the effect of principal communication on teacher job satisfaction, and provides suggestions to improve principal-teacher communication process in cycle 1 schools in Al Ain city. This study aimed to investigate the extent to which different components of the Professional Learning Community (PLC) were being practiced at the Bani Kinanah secondary schools in Jordan. The study employed a mixed approach to collect data, including a questionnaire and semi-structured interviews. For the quantitative approach, 1110 participants responded to the questionnaire. For the qualitative approach, four schools participated: two female schools and two male schools. In every school, three educators have been interviewed.
