The task force consisted of: Ernie Chen, Rachael Crump, Robert Jefferson, Shiu-Yue Mak, James Martin, Philip Myers, Judy Owen, Wei-Ping Pan, Julia Roberts, Richard Salisbury, Michael Simpson, J.J. Upon submission the task force stated:
