It specifically focuses on the consequences for participating in negative coping skills such as an over consumption of caffeine, consuming alcohol in excess, and procrastination while also highlighting the benefits of a variety of positive strategies. The project concludes by differentiating between stress and anxiety in order to prepare students to seek professional help if needed.
