The purpose of this study was to compare: (1) how a professional organization’s members voted in relation to the organization’s recommendations; (2) how the professional group voted in comparison to the public in general; (3) deviations within the professional group on the basis of age and sex from the stated policy of the professional organization in order to determine if any segment of the membership failed to follow the leadership, and if not, where and why they did not.

It is possible that interruptions cannot be completely eliminated, but from this study it is hoped that teachers and administrators will be able to evaluate their particular situations and minimize interruption problems. Other purposes of the study have been to determine the origin of interruptions and the relationship between disciplinary problems and classroom interruptions. Also included will be an evaluation of teaching duties that reduce teachers’ instructional time.

The purpose of this research was to analyze various types of secondary school methods of reporting to parents so that the faculty and parents would be better able to work out a process report for Prosser High School. This report should furnish information to the parent as to the objectives of the school, be understood by parents and pupils, and not necessitate too much clerical work for the teachers.
