The present study introduces the extent to which teachers of Arabic language in the state of Kuwait acquire competence in electronic learning, from their own point of view. It also aims to identify, with statistical reference, any differences in views of teachers of both genders, regarding gender, academic degree, and years of teaching experience. In order to achieve the goals of the study, a questionnaire (which included 24 questions divided on three scales) was used.
