The paper reviews literature that examines how race, class and incomes influence students entering college, focusing on the entire U.S. and on Ohio. The paper investigates he following. 1) Does racial demography and household income predict the type of public college or university Ohio seniors choose to attend? 2) Is there a relationship between household income and public college (both two and four-year schools) enrollment immediately after high school?
