Reaching Their Potential : What's Working With Indigenous Students, Jenny Wilkinson

What is working with Indigenous students and what can teachers and principals do to help right now? Plenty. The author outlines a program from the Indigenous Education Leadership Institute (IELI), a partnership between Education Queensland and the Queensland University of Technology. The IELI runs the five-day Stronger, Smarter Leadership Program, which aims to transform Indigenous educational outcomes, challenge mindsets, accountabilities and responsibilities, and pedagogy for improved outcomes.
