Building and sustaining a faculty development program for online education requires extensive time and resources. In light of shrinking budgets, increased demand, and continuous advancements in technology, faculty development professionals often struggle with updating or revising their own curriculum. As part of the State University System of Florida Board of Governors 2025 Strategic Plan for Online Education, the University of Central Florida is creating a robust online faculty development program to serve the entire state of Florida. The FDLA Journal, FDLA Conference, and FAMTE's journal, Transformations, are now hosted in Nova Southeastern University's NSUWorks, a repository managed by the NSU Libraries. NSUWorks' primary librarian administrator will speak about submitting to the journals and conference along with the benefits authors will receive from having their work published online. She and the Education subject specialist of NSU's Alvin Sherman Library will also cover additional open access avenues for publication and free research resources for higher education and K-12 teachers.
