This session takes an intentional look at how we bridge the divide between PD and reality and discusses innovative methods for delivering the college and career readiness message, including counselor- and teacher-taught CCR classes, counselor-access professional partnerships, and CCR promoted within an advisory model. Transfer between state college/universities has changed drastically in the last ten years. The development of Transfer Assurance Guides (TAGs) and Career Transfer Assurance Guides (CTAGs) pathways, Transfer Grading Policy, awarding of college credit for Advanced Placement Exams, and now the Articulation and Transfer Clearinghouse have changed the face of transfer in Ohio in ways that will be far-reaching in effect and will change the way we all send, accept, and apply transfer credits in Ohio.
