Research has shown that number of males who read for aesthetic purposes is far below the number of females who read for aesthetic purposes. This project focuses on the design, development, implementation and evaluation of book trailer videos to help increase aesthetic reading among males in fourth and fifth grade. In less than 10 years the availability of digitally converted or born digital video, has grown exponentially. Libraries and librarians are constantly navigating, and helping their patrons navigate, this shift from analog to digital. For access to video, our libraries are challenged by an individual consumer marketplace, where institutional access is often limited and expensive. Search engines have tools to help mine for visual content, but finding video content creates different challenges in comparison to text. This chapter will present an articulated guide on searching for multimedia, specifically video, content and provide a showcase of some innovative collections and resources. The reader will take away research strategies and a list of resources to find a variety of subject specific and interdisciplinary video content, as well as specific skills in navigating the wealth of multimedia available online.

In this article, the Eco Challenge race video is presented as a teaching tool for facilitating theory-based discussion and application in organizational behavior (OB) courses. Before discussing the intricacies of the video series itself, the authors present a pedagogically based rationale for using reality TV-based video segments in a classroom setting.
