This Enrollment Statistical Summary provides delivery and administrative-site information on enrollment headcount and student credit hours. Delivery site reporting counts all students, including those in UNL programs delivered at UNO, but excludes UNO programs only (including the CPACS program delivered in Lincoln).
The purpose of this summary is to provide the undergraduate and graduate enrollments and student credit hour information by college of equivalent academic unit, class, gender and ethnicity. A glossary at the end of the report provides a list of definitions for headings and categories found in the report.

OMAHA - A new fellowship program announced today by the Buffett Early Childhood Institute at the University of Nebraska will provide financial support and mentoring for advanced doctoral students within the university system.
The Buffett Early Childhood Institute Graduate Scholars program will award 1- and 2-year grants - each worth up to $25,000 annually - to a maximum of four doctoral students every year. The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) is home to two of the nation's top online degree programs according to new rankings from U.S. News and World Report.
The rankings, released Tuesday, Jan. 12, name UNO's online Bachelor of General Studies (BGS) degree as the 17th best online bachelor's program in the county and UNO's on line Masters of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice as the 18th best in the nation for that field for 2016.
These rankings place both programs as the best in the state of Nebraska for their respective categories.

Outcomes: The program has eight distinct SLOs (goals). Measures: A single measurement tool (internship supervisor evaluation) was used to assess each SLO. Specific items on the measurement tool were aligned to each of the goals. The performance assessment was completed for 48 students, and a proficiency target was identified (80% assessed as satisfactory or exceptional). Results Reported: The routine data collection over three year period substantiates the results. The internship supervisor evaluation provides the program with results for the eight program goals. Goals 1-7 were assessed with a single data point (one item per goal from the internship supervisor evaluation). …

Educational Policy Advisory Committee (EPAC) serves as a campus-wide curriculum committee.
The EPAC advises the Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs about most curricular activities. These activities include, but ore not limited to, proposals for new programs, courses, and major course revisions. EPAC review of proposed curricular changes tokes place subsequent to college, and deportment or school reviews.
Major revisions of existing courses include changes in level, credit hours, purpose and scope, content, or method of instruction. When submitting curriculum changes or new courses proposals, first examine the schedules for oil committees.

Proposals for new academic programs or organizational units should be submitted to the Office of Academic Affairs after college and departmental approval. Academic Affairs will guide the proposals through the appropriate internal and external review procedures.
All proposals must be accompanied with o cover memo from the Deon's Office stating that the proposal has received the appropriate college and deportment/school approvals, and that implementation of the proposal is recommended. All proposals should be submitted in a word document.
