School and district leaders lack awareness of the depth and complexity of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Standards for Education Leaders and how the implementation of the leader standards provides for students and teachers to learn relevant skills and strategies. The Effect Of Game Experience On Students’ Creative Performance In Video Game Environments, Shuyu Huang

There is a lack of creativity fostering models in the field of game-based learning. So, the current study aims to develop and test a creativity fostering model with game experience and mediating factors. A one-week creative support game intervention was conducted with eighty-eight sixth-grade students. Findings from the path analysis demonstrated that participants' game experience (perceived challenge and perceived autonomy) indirectly impacted in-game creative performance through mediating factors (creative efficacy and engagement). The current study revealed that games with challenge and autonomy design could benefit students’ in-game creative performance through creative efficacy and engagement.

Technology is a strategic asset in accomplishing the land grant mission. Selecting appropriate technology for Extension program management and delivery is essential to achieving planned outcomes, but can be challenging. This article describes the technology platforms selected by a new, legislatively funded Extension program delivering an online course in a hybrid distance-learning experience. The descriptions and application of these technology platforms will assist Extension professionals in choosing technology suitable for delivery and management of their programs as they plan for impact.
