This study identified the practice degree of the teacher’s role in the Jordanian Education system in the Era of knowledge openness through answering the following question: What is the practice degree of teacher’s exercising his/her roles in the Jordanian education system in the era of knowledge openness as seen by the educational supervisors? This study adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The population consisted of (800) educational supervisors whereas the sample of the study consisted of (120) supervisors randomly selected.
