Teachers of the Monterey County Office of Education Early Head Start and Head Start programs are having hard time to carrying out the process of separating food for children at their centers. Since, it is interfering with their teaching time, they are asking to find a solution to resolve this problem because they only have four hours to fulfill the Head Start program requirements.
