Today information technologies are everywhere. Digital technologies are seen globally as essential to a country’s economic success. A major consequence of the advent of the technological age is that young people today live in a „techno culture‟. Some argue, however, that since education moves slowly, the adoption of technology in schools has not been at the same progressive rate as in the wider community.
