ABSTACT:
The purpose of the study is to investigate the factors that lead handicapped people in Jordanian rehabilitation and correction centers to commit their criminal behaviors as perceived by them in light of some variables. The sample of the study consisted of (33) handicapped prisoners in Jordanian rehabilitation and correction centers. To achieve the aim of the study a scale was developed to measure those factors within (39) items, after checking validity and reliability.
