This collection was assembled by John A. Frazier of Bulloch County, Georgia. Materials span 1789-1973 and consist of records, mostly letters and deeds, once belonging to families allied to the Frazier family of Washington County, Georgia--particularly the Harman & Brown families, with special focus on Lucy H. Harman and Morgan Brown. Materials also include various court orders; receipts; promissory notes; land plats; genealogical records; certificates; additional correspondence and accounts.

Evidential Effort And Risk Assessment In Auditing, Allen D. Blay, Tim Kizirian, L. Dwight Sneathen Jr.

This study responds to prior literature highlighting the need for academic research to study the linkage of risks to audit procedures purported in the Audit Risk Model. We use audit workpaper data from a Big 4 firm to examine two significant relationships implicit in authoritative audit guidance: (1) the application of the audit risk model in practice, and the relationship between preliminary risk assessments and audit procedures, and (2) the potential loss of risk information upon risk aggregation suggested in the Audit Risk Model. Maximizing Correlation In The Presence Of Missing Data, Xinfang Wang

In this paper we address the problem of maximizing the correlation between two vectors of time series data, when one of the vectors has missing data and the timing of the missing data is unknown. The motivation for this work comes from environmental monitoring where because of monitoring malfunction, some data are lost. We study the use of integer programming and a genetic algorithm (GA) for this problem.
