While the Millennial generation is steadily taking over jobs that were previously assigned to Baby Boomers, it is unclear how the current job market and modern work environment are adjusting to accommodate this new and unique generation. The purpose of this study was to explore the lived experiences of Millennial employees engaged in mentorship in their workplaces for turnover reduction.
