This research aims to clarify the meaning of "Irsal" in Al-Hafiz Al-Mizzi's view, as well as deriving the evidences to explain his ruling on the routes of narrations with discontinuity in his book "Tahzib Al-Kamal".

The study concluded that "Irsal" in Al-Hafiz Al-Mizzi's view means absolute discontinuity (of the sanad). Meanwhile, the evidences that he depended on, among them are based on the temporal relationship between the narrators, either due to young age or not being contemporary. Among them are due to the difference in the residential of the narrators, while some are revealed based on declarations of negated hearing. …

This research explores the conceptions of the term "inference" among the fundamentalists, and the contextual meaning of the jurists, with examples of it. It deals with the problematic meanings of inference between the fundamentalist term and the jurisprudential application, and its importance in revealing the conventional connotations of the fundamentalists' Semantics, in the jurisprudential contexts.

With the great number of previous studies, this community comes to benefit them, adding to it important issues.
