The intellectual and jurisprudent is the argument of Islam Abu Hamid al-Ghazali in the forefront of the Islamic innovators who were founded to defend Islam in the face of the deviant intellectual currents that hit it in the fifth century AH. Al-Ghazali tried to present a new image of Islam, bringing closer and closer to his good education for all time and place.

ملخص

تعتبر الضريبة الانتقائية من الضرائب الجديدة التي فرضت في دول الخليج العربي، وتسهم هذه الضريبة في زيادة وتنويع مصادر الدخل المالي، وتعديل الأنماط السلوكية الاستهلاكية، وتقنين استهلاك السلع الضارة بصحة الإنسان، وعلى ذلك فإن هذا البحث يهدف إلى بيان مفهوم الضريبة الانتقائية وأهميتها، وحكمها الشرعي.

وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها: بأن الضريبة الانتقائية هي زيادة في أسعار السلع -الضارة بصحة الإنسان والبيئة وفق قائمة ونسب ضريبية محددة، وهي تختلف عن الضريبة العامة التي تفرض على الدخل أو غيره ماهيةً وحكمًا، وتوصل البحث إلى إنها جائزة شرعًا استنادًا إلى جواز فرض الضرائب بشكل عام بناء على الراجح من …
