Items include: 5 under shirts, 30 linsey shirts, 10 pair of pants, 13 pair of drawers, 25 pair of socks, 6 cotton shirts. Signed by William Miller, John L. Knott, and Turner Ashby. Ashby's signature appears on this pre-signed form despite his death some weeks earlier, on June 6.
