formerly Municipal Judge of Jacksonville, Florida from 1887 to 1889 and who was Collector of Customs from 1890 to 1894, and from 1897 to 1898, and Collector of Internal Revenue from 1898 to 1913, begs to announce that he has resumed the general practice of law with offices at No. 32 East Beaver Street, Jacksonville, Florida. He will practice in State and Federal Courts, and before the Executive Departments at Washington.
