Jacob Grigorevich Krejzer (1905-1969) the first of officers - infantrymen has received a high rank of the Hero of Soviet Union on July, 22nd, 1941 when even rewarding by a medal was an extreme rarity. In the beginning of 1943 under its command the considerable part of the Rostov region, including, Novocherkassk and Novoshakhtinsk has been released. J.G.Krejzeru belongs honour of development and realisation of army operation on Mius-front break.
