Captain Thomas Eastman, commanding a company in the battalion of cavalry in the 1st brigade of the Division, upon the specifications of a charge exhibited against him by Lieut. Winslow of the same battalion. The Court Martial was dissolved. Captain Eastman is discharged from arrest.
