In the following article the data on media outlets of the turkistanis who were sent to emigration during the soviet authorities in 1920-1960 s. are scientifically reconsidered based on the sources. Along with articles on the history of Turkestan, excerpts from poems and works of art in the spirit of independence were published on their pages. This served to form a national consciousness, political and legal culture among Uzbek migrants.
