This article is about controversial migration situation in the countries of the Baltic region. Economically developed countries are characterized by a stable positive migration balance. Countries with economies in transition (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia) occupy an intermediate place in migration movements and play a double role in them, being both donors and recipients of the population. In the following article the data on media outlets of the turkistanis who were sent to emigration during the soviet authorities in 1920-1960 s. are scientifically reconsidered based on the sources. Along with articles on the history of Turkestan, excerpts from poems and works of art in the spirit of independence were published on their pages. This served to form a national consciousness, political and legal culture among Uzbek migrants.

In the early years of Islam, the science of tafsir was not separated as a separate area. By the time of the Tabeins, the science of tafsir had become richer in the science of hadith. The narrations of the interpretation of the Qur'an, narrated by the Sahabas, as well as their followers-the Tabeins, served as an important source for later scholars-mufassirs of the tafsir. The article analyzes the science of the tafsir of Imam Bukhari and its specific directions in its development, the place of the special science of tafsir in the books of Hadith.

In this article, in foreign policy of Emirate of Bukhara the place and role of neighbor Afghanistan are written. The history of both countries in XVIII-XIX centuries is analyzed with literatures and sources. One aspect of the relationship between the two countries is in the form of trade, which we see has increased in the following centuries. The second aspect is based on political interests, in which the interests of the emirs of both countries collide.

This article considers the "Turkistan Collection" and the historical literature about the channel that flows from Syrdarya to Bukhara and supplies the north-western region of the oasis with water. We hope that in the future our archeologists will reveal the problems related to the Syrdarya and its tributaries, canals, their direction, water capacity, water consumption, the volume of irrigated crops.
