Dr. M.A. Adams, a representive from "Dry Forces" distributed cards to the Association to petition the state legislature for a statewide referendum on the topic. The Relief and Annuity Board reported that a new statewide plan called the North Carolina Ministers' Retirement Plan has been established. Polkville and Love Valley churches joined the Association.
