The 1952 meeting of the Kings Mountain Baptist Association took place at Lattimore Baptist Church in Lattimore, NC, Bethany Baptist Church in Grover, NC, and Norman's Grove Baptist Church in Lawndale, NC. The introductory sermon was delivered by W.V. Tarlton. C.C. Crow was elected to succeed J.W. Suttle as Moderator of the Association.
