Kings Mountain Baptist Association Minute Books

The 1953 meeting of the Kings Mountain Baptist Association took place at Shelby Calvary Baptist Church in Shelby, NC, New Buffalo Baptist Church in Grover, NC, and Shelby First Baptist Church in Shelby, NC. The association has encouraged Baptist Churches to enroll a million more people in Sunday school between 1953-1954. Resthaven, a North Carolina Baptist Home for the aging, was filled to capacity, and room inquires increased into the hundreds. Property was also purchased for a branch Home in Albemarle. 35th anniversary of Relief and Annuity Board.
