Description of the scene at Rockland, Maine, as reporters and members of the community await the docking of the USS Potomac and the return of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt to U. S. soil following thirteen days at sea to meet with British Prime Minister Winston Churchill. NBC presidential correspondent, Carleton Smith, relays the points made by the President during a brief press conference held aboard the boat.
