Hamilton, President of the National Indian Defense Association, Inc., to United States (US) Senator William Langer, inquires on behalf of Three Affiliated Tribes member Martin Cross as to why the US Indian Bureau has not yet approved the contract between the Three Affiliated Tribes, and attorney Ralph H. Case. Hamilton also informs Langer that he will be taking some time away from his position for health reasons.
