In recent years, there has been a growing awareness of ethical issues resulting from the globalisation of science and technology. This article identifies and reviews the most important of such ethical issues in a systematic fashion. This paper aims to show that an increase in science research and technology development with foreign partners can have its own ethical and moral perils.
