Undergraduate Honors Theses
Sonder is an exploration of the relationship between digital media and graphic design through the creation of print and digital publications. At it’s very foundation, Sonder is a travel magazine with both a physical print publication and a digital publication designed for a tablet. Creative Micro-Entrepreneurship In Practice: Exploring Digital Tools For Small Creative Businesses, Olivia Messina
Honors Scholar Theses
For the scope of this thesis, my focus is on independently owned businesses

I found myself drawn to American culture as it is stereotypically represented in movies and TV - the quaint houses, the schools with cheerleaders and locker rooms, the drive-in movie theaters – and began to examine how those stereotypes are reflected in the real world. From this initial interest I began exploring the American space that I envisioned myself inhabiting throughout my …
The Digital Puppetmaster, Ryan Sung
The Digital Puppetmaster, Ryan Sung
CMC Senior Theses
The purpose of “The Digital Puppetmaster” is to provide a means of awareness and a suggestion of mindset for members of the digital age. The digital medium has come to define society and establish its existence as an increasingly omnipresent one. Fundamentally, the digital medium is a sandbox for creating worlds that transcend the limitations of real life. Given the unlimited potential of the digital medium, it becomes apparent that it is easy to show what people want to see and hide what they do not. I aim to bring to light and uncover the realities of the digital medium …
